In short: We collect only what you send us through the contact form, plus basic usage statistics if you accept analytics cookies. We use your enquiry to reply to you. We don’t run advertising and we don’t sell data. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@goprogs.com.
Who we are
This website, goprogs.com, is operated by GoProgs Technologies Pvt Ltd, Islamabad, Pakistan. For the personal data described in this policy we decide how and why the data is used, so we are the “controller” in GDPR terms.

What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry through the contact form
The form at /contact/ asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in and a message. You may also give your company, country, budget band and timeline, and tick “NDA needed”. We use this information to read your enquiry, reply, prepare an estimate and, if you go ahead, start a project.
Behind the scenes we also store a salted hash of your IP address and your browser’s user agent with the enquiry. We use these only to spot and block abuse such as spam. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address.
Your submission is saved on our own server, in a file outside the public web folder, and emailed to info@goprogs.com through our own mail server. You receive an automatic confirmation email at the address you gave.
Bot protection
The form is protected by hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc. It loads only when you start interacting with the form. hCaptcha checks your device and browser to tell people from bots, and handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how the site is used. We measure page views, form submissions, and clicks on email, WhatsApp and product links. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you.
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you accept in the cookie banner, analytics storage is denied. Even then, Google may receive cookieless pings, which do not set analytics cookies on your device.
Email and WhatsApp
If you click an email or WhatsApp link, your message goes through your email provider or WhatsApp (Meta). Those services handle the conversation under their own terms and privacy policies. If you write to us this way, we keep the conversation so we can respond.
What we don’t do
We don’t show advertising, we don’t sell personal data, and we don’t load Google Fonts (our fonts are hosted on our own server).
Legal bases
If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on these legal bases under the GDPR:
- Your enquiry: taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- Abuse prevention (IP hash, user agent, session cookie): our legitimate interest in keeping the form and site secure.
- Analytics: your consent. You can refuse or withdraw it at any time.
Who handles your data
- GoProgs – our own server and mail server store and process your enquiry.
- Intuition Machines, Inc. (hCaptcha) – bot protection on the contact form.
- Google LLC – Google Analytics 4, only according to your cookie choice.
- Meta (WhatsApp) or your email provider – only if you contact us through those channels.
These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We don’t share your enquiry with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our server is operated from Pakistan, so your data is processed there. Google and hCaptcha may process data in the United States or other countries. By using the site, you understand that your data may be transferred outside your own country. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the providers’ own transfer mechanisms.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries and related emails: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows. If it does, we keep records for as long as the contract and our legal obligations require.
- Abuse-prevention data (IP hash and user agent): kept with the enquiry it belongs to.
- Session cookie: deleted when you close your browser.
- Analytics data: held by Google Analytics under the retention settings we configure there.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see “Your rights”).
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored on our own server outside the public web folder and are not exposed to visitors. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data;
- stop using your data where we rely on legitimate interest (the right to object).
Email info@goprogs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify who you are first.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. People elsewhere may have similar rights under local law.

Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.

Our products and related sites (darqora.goprogs.com, urlnow.me, gospaceplan.com, games.goprogs.com and office.goprogs.com/jobs) have their own policies. App-specific policies, such as for Kameti Manager and BP Monitor, are under /apps/. This policy covers goprogs.com only.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The “last updated” date on this page shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.
