S/01 · Custom software & SaaS

Custom software and SaaS development

When spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools stop fitting how you work, we build the system that does: platforms, portals, CRMs and SaaS products, from first sprint to ongoing support.

What's included

  • Requirements shaped around real users and business goals
  • User flows, system architecture and a clear build plan
  • Web interfaces, secure APIs and admin panels
  • Integrations with the systems you already use
  • Deployment, monitoring and support after launch

01What we build

Typical projects

Business platforms

One system to run daily operations, in place of spreadsheets and scattered tools, with your records, approvals and reports in one place.

Portals and dashboards

Customer, partner and staff portals, each showing the records and reports that group needs and nothing it should not see.

CRMs and workflow tools

Track customers, tasks and approvals the way your team already works, instead of bending the work to fit a generic tool.

SaaS products

Products sold to many customers, with accounts, roles, per-customer branding and the admin side needed to run them.

02Proof

Darqora

Darqora is property and rent management software we build and run for UAE and GCC companies. It replaces spreadsheets with one system for leases, rooms, tenants, rent cheques and bills. We set up, host and update each company’s copy and move their records over from Excel.

03How it works

The process, step by step

Each step ends with something you can read, click or ship.

Start with discovery
  1. Map the work

We walk through how the work is done today with the people who do it: the spreadsheets, the handoffs, the approvals and the exceptions that a new system has to handle.

You get A written scope with user roles, core workflows and what stays out of the first release

  2. Design the system

Data model, permissions, integrations and the main screens are worked out before code, so the estimate rests on something concrete rather than a feature list.

You get Clickable flows for the main screens, a data model and a written estimate

  3. Build in releases

We build the most-used workflow first and put it in front of real users, then add the next. Existing records are moved over from spreadsheets or the old system.

You get Working releases on a staging server and a tested data migration

  4. Launch and run

We deploy to production, set up monitoring, show your team how to use and administer the system, and stay on for fixes and new features.

You get A production system, admin documentation and a support arrangement

04Good fit

A good fit when…

  • Your process is too specific for off-the-shelf software.
  • You are turning an idea or an internal tool into a SaaS product.
  • Several disconnected tools and spreadsheets need to become one system.
  • You want one team for design, build, launch and support.

Candidly

Probably not a fit when…

  • An off-the-shelf tool already covers your process with small workarounds. Paying for a custom build would not be worth it, and we will say so.
  • You need a fixed price before anyone has looked at the requirements.

05FAQ

Common questions

Ask us directly
How do we start?

Tell us what the software should help you do. We start with a short discovery: we talk to the people who will use it, look at the spreadsheets or tools it replaces, and agree on the users, the core workflows and the constraints. That becomes a written scope and estimate you can review before any build work begins.

How much does custom software cost?

Cost depends on the number of user roles and workflows, how much data has to be migrated, the integrations with other systems, reporting and export needs, whether it is a single-company system or a multi-customer SaaS product, and the level of support after launch. We do not quote from a one-line description. After a short discovery we send a written estimate broken down by feature, so you can decide what belongs in the first release.

Can you turn our internal tool into a SaaS product?

Yes, but it is more than opening sign-ups. A SaaS product needs separate customer accounts, roles and permissions, onboarding, per-customer settings and often branding, plus an admin side to run it. We run Darqora this way: each company gets its own copy with its own name and logo, which we set up, host and update.

Can you move us off spreadsheets without losing data?

Yes. Migration is planned as part of the build, not left to the end. We map each spreadsheet column to the new data model, clean up duplicates and gaps with you, and run test imports before go-live. Moving companies over from Excel is a standard step when we set up Darqora.

Do you stay involved after launch?

Yes. We stay available for fixes, improvements, performance tuning, new features and long-term maintenance. We run our own products in production, so supporting software after launch is routine work for us.

Do you work with clients in other countries?

Yes. We are a remote-first team and work with clients by email, video calls and WhatsApp. Our own Darqora product is built for property companies in the UAE and the wider GCC, with an Arabic version.
