S/02 · Web applications

Web application development

Fast, secure web apps with the admin panels, APIs and integrations your team uses every day, written as maintainable code and supported after launch.

What's included

  • Responsive interfaces for phone, tablet and desktop
  • Secure backend APIs
  • Admin panels and dashboards
  • Third-party integrations
  • Production-ready architecture and deployment

01What we build

Typical projects

Customer-facing web apps

Products your customers sign in to and use, with accounts, roles and clear flows for the tasks they come to do.

Admin panels

The internal side of the product: manage users, content, orders and settings in one place, with access limited by role.

APIs and integrations

Secure, token-based APIs that connect your web app to mobile apps, partner systems and third-party services.

Dashboards and reports

Operational data turned into views people can read and act on, with exports to CSV, Excel or PDF where they are needed.

02Proof

URLNOW.ME

URLNOW.ME is our own short link and QR code platform: a Laravel 12 web app with personal and team workspaces, profile pages, branded domains, click analytics, token-based APIs and two-factor sign-in.

03How it works

The process, step by step

Each step ends with something you can read, click or ship.

Start with discovery
  1. Define users and roles

We list who signs in, what each role needs to do and what it must not see, and agree which tasks the first release has to cover.

You get A feature list by user role, with the first release marked

  2. Design flows and the API

We sketch the main flows and the admin screens, and outline the API so a future mobile app or partner integration can use the same backend.

You get Wireframes for the main flows, an API outline and a written estimate

  3. Build and test

Features land on a staging server in small increments. Core flows such as sign-in, payments or approvals are tested on every change.

You get A staging app with the admin panel, reviewed with you as it grows

  4. Launch and hand over

We deploy to production over HTTPS, switch on error monitoring and hand over admin access and documentation.

You get A live app, error monitoring and admin documentation

04Good fit

A good fit when…

  • You are launching a new product and need a first version users can rely on.
  • Your web app and mobile app need to share one backend.
  • You need admin tools as much as the customer-facing side.
  • You want interfaces, APIs, hosting and launch handled by one team.

Candidly

Probably not a fit when…

  • You need a marketing website with a few pages and a contact form. A website builder or a simple static site will serve you better.
  • Your app depends on device features such as Bluetooth or background location from day one. A mobile app is the better starting point.

05FAQ

Common questions

Ask us directly
What is the difference between a website and a web application?

A website mainly presents information. A web application lets people sign in and get work done, such as placing orders, managing records or viewing reports. This service covers the second kind, including the admin panel and the API behind it.

Will it work on phones?

Yes. We build responsive web apps that adapt to phone, tablet and desktop screens. A web app can also be made installable as a progressive web app (PWA), as Darqora is. If you need apps in the App Store and Google Play, see our mobile app development service.

How much does a web application cost?

The main cost drivers are the number of user roles and screens, the admin features, integrations with payment providers or other systems, reporting and exports, data migration, and security requirements such as two-factor sign-in. After a short discovery we send a written estimate that breaks the work down by feature, so you can see what each part costs and choose what goes into the first release.

How do you keep it secure?

Access is controlled by roles, so staff see only what they look after. APIs use token-based authentication, sign-in can require a second factor (TOTP authenticator apps), and the app runs over HTTPS. URLNOW.ME, our own link platform, uses Laravel Passport and Sanctum for its APIs and offers two-factor sign-in.

Can you connect it to other systems?

Yes. Integrations with payment providers, email services and other business systems are a regular part of web projects. Where the other system has an API we use it; where it only exports files, we can build scheduled imports.

Do you stay involved after launch?

Yes. We stay available for fixes, improvements, performance tuning, new features and long-term maintenance, and we keep error monitoring running so problems are seen early.
