About these terms
These terms cover your use of goprogs.com (the “site”), operated by GoProgs Technologies Pvt Ltd, Islamabad, Pakistan (“GoProgs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
These terms are not a contract for our services. Software projects, support and other work are covered by a separate written agreement.
Using the site
You may browse the site and use the contact form for genuine business enquiries. You agree not to:
- break the law or use the site for anything unlawful;
- send spam, malicious code or false information through the contact form;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our server or other users’ data;
- disrupt the site, overload it, or bypass its security measures such as bot protection or rate limiting;
- scrape the site in a way that harms its performance.
We may block access to anyone who misuses the site.
Estimates and information on the site
Everything on the site, including descriptions of services, case studies, timelines, budget bands and any estimate you receive in response to an enquiry, is for general information. It is not a binding offer, quote or promise to deliver.
A project only starts when you and GoProgs have signed a separate written agreement that sets out scope, price, timelines and other terms. If you need confidentiality before then, tick “NDA needed” on the contact form and we will take it from there.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, logos and other content of the site belong to GoProgs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, or use the GoProgs name and logo, without our written permission.
Any case study or client name we show is published with the client’s approval. If you think something on the site infringes your rights, email us and we will look into it.
Products and other sites
The site links to GoProgs products and other sites, such as darqora.goprogs.com, urlnow.me, gospaceplan.com, games.goprogs.com and office.goprogs.com/jobs. Each of these has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use it. App-specific policies for Kameti Manager and BP Monitor are under /apps/. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites that we link to.
No warranties
We try to keep the site accurate, available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information on it is complete or up to date. Nothing on the site is professional, legal or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GoProgs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
Liability for any services we provide to you is governed solely by your separate written agreement.

We may change the site or these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date on this page shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Islamabad, Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless mandatory consumer or other law in your country says otherwise.
